We train candidates, assist with their campaigns, and support them in office, so they can serve and grow into the best versions of themselves.

We train volunteers to play a vital role in empowering progressive leaders, equipping them with skills in grassroots organizing, voter outreach, and campaign strategy.

By strengthening our volunteer teams, we ensure that campaigns are driven by people who represent the communities they serve.

Our mission is to elect progressive candidates to local offices in Salem, Oregon. We accomplish this by:
